I like it. I would personally get a slightly beefier cooler like the Peerless Assassin SE 120 or Phantom spirit 120 SE, mainly to keep lower fan RPM for less noise.

I would get a slightly high end motherboard with better VRM cooling.

I would change the RAM to 6000mhz CL30.

If you are only gaming then 32GB of RAM is plenty.  Can save some money there.

You have a PCI4.0 m.2 slot on the mobo, why get a PCI3.0 NVME? Snag a Solidigm P44 Plus 1TB for less than the Samsung, or bump up to a 2TB P44 Plus for $30 more.  I'd also drop down to 32GB of RAM if only gaming, even gaming/streaming, 32GB is plenty. If you're doing a lot of workstation type tasks (3D rendering, video editing, music production, etc), then 64GB would be worth it.
