Corsair RM750e/850e, or BeQuiet PP 12M 750W/850W, $90-$120 iirc

Hey everyone!
I just calculated, that my PC that I'm planning to build needs about the wattage stated above.

What are some recommendations for power supplies, that for one are of excellent quality, but also don't break the bank?

no pcie 5.0 connector so if you're using a 40 series card you'll have to use an adapter (and those have been fret with problems)

I'd say the msi a850GL pcie 5

Message me on discord (bread8669) for more help

Not all cards. I think some have standard pcie connectors but most are only pcie 5

Ah okay, i get it.
But my situation is, that i will first be using my old 3060 Ti for a while before I upgrade to 40 series, so I guess a non pcie5 would be better for now?

ATX3.0 also improved norms for current, but that's of no effect for already good PSUs

In your case you can use any, ATX3.0 or not, the ATX3.0 also keep a couple PCIe connectors, and using an ATX3.0 may help if you upgarde later to a GPU with 12VHPWR connector

yeaha, i think i'm gonna go for the BQ one, always good to go a little higher with the 850w, and also future proofing cant hurt.
