What are some good Anti Virus programs?

What are good Anit Virus programs for the pc?  Avast? Eset? Some others?

 

I should I stick with free or just use Windows Defender?  I have Windows 11.

Windows Defend is usually good enough for the average user.   You can download MalwareBytes, its a free anti malware program that works rather well with Windows Defender.

I have detected threats with Avast free version that Windows Defender did not detect but shouldn't be neeed unless you know you are downloading and visiting shady websites on a regular basis.

was with Eset over year , no issues at all 
switched to bitdefender issues happpened that i never have before 
I switch back to Eset , depend to you want vpn include or not 
Eset internet security , I like , but thinking to renew with ultimate version
