is formulamod a scam?

i want to get a waterblock for my rtx 4060ti and i cant find any company (like ekwb and corsair) that makes them but i found formulamod thats sells it (the waterblock is made by bykski so i just want to know if i buy it from formulamod will it arrive or will they just scam me)

So often, they're found not giving all the parts but have great customer service.

Formulamod doesn't make their own parts. They're a reseller. 

Which block were you looking at on their site?

Bykski? Not a scam. I use a Bykski block on my 4090.
