The Portal games are great but Supraland is about as good as it gets when it comes to puzzle games.

 

Supraland - base game

Supraland Crash - DLC

Supraland Six Inches Under

 

I rate all of the above in my to 10 games of all time.

The Talos Principle 1 & 2

Cocoon

Inside & Limbo - 2 games usually sold as a pack.

Got loads of suggestion for good platformers that aren't specifically puzzle games but have loads of head scratching moments.

 

Have fun with Supraland - Its fantastic. Should take you around 40-50hrs if you want to 100% it.
