Is this power cable meet the PS4 pro?

As long as the PS4 can take 240 volts and the wall plug matches your outlets, it will work.

 

The PS4 Pro has a C17 connector, which is just a C14 with no ground pin. C13 cables go with C14 connectors.

 

That entire connector range is a global standard.
