New power supply installed, now my monitor has no signal

MantisLords

I installed a new RM750e recently as un upgrade due to me upgrading graphics cards.

However every time I run the PC I get no signal and my mouse and keyboard LEDs don’t turn on. However all the fans spin for the cpu, gpu and the RGB turns on.

I reseated all the cables and ram multiple times with still no luck. I swapped the power supply back to my original one and my pc worked perfectly fine meaning that my other components weren’t broken.

This led me to believe the new power supply was faulty. I ordered a replacement power supply only to run into the exact same problem of no signal and now I’m being driven insane and have no idea what to do. Please help.

What was your old power supply?

Youre not using old cables with the new power supply are you?

Can you please recheck all connections if they are seated properly?

The Corsair 24Pin connectors are sometimes too tight on a new PSU and a half seated connector can cause such issues.

Also make sure you connect both the 18 and 10 pin connectors to the PSU modular side for it to work, connecting only the 18Pin won't work.
