It isnt sealed though

Then Contact Retailer if you want

Will it still be okay to use? How much can a powersupply handle in terms of the effects of shipping and handling. Especially at this condition. I also order other things which were not as damaged but was pretty dirty and scratchy too. The psu didnt even come sealed. The box literally opened when i pulled it out of the box.

Should i just refund this or will the PSU still probably be fine?

Should be finetm

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.
