ARM SBC for hosting and broadcasting

There Is so much choice I can't:

 

Need a SBC, maybe 10/15w so it can run off a solar panel.

Afaik there is no arm SBC with hardware encoder/decoder, it's via software. I also have a spare graphics card a rx570 but i can forget 10/15w.

Maybe an arm SBC for less than 50eurodollars?

Thanks for your suggestion, I know RPI, but they cost so much, and often unavailable:

Rpi5 70/90eurodollars

Rpi4 60/70eurodollars

 

I get the demand cause they are famous, but wasn't there cheaper alternatives like oranges,bananas etc? Idk

Thanks, it's really great list, maybe you know, pheraps a particular processor or gpu has a dedicated encoder?

 

From the list searching for encoder gives good options, Nd wondering if not, doe smartphones have dedicated encoders not in the GPU?
