i am looking for rgb strips/stick/poles to put next to the monitor. Is there something that can register sound (not from a box but with a cable so that nobody else can hear the sound) and play it in hight of the light. like, do you know these light strips that go up when the music is lound and go down when it is quiet. is there something like that on amazon that is 30 to 35 cm high?

I know that RGB doesn't make my PC 10 times faster...but at least 2 times

There are DIY options, some addressable RGB LED strips, WLED as controller on an ESP32, LedFX for network-based audio response....

It can be cheaper but as usual it's a lot more learning effort and assembly work in counterpart.
