New Nintendo 2DS XL Powers on makes a Cracking Sound and shuts off

Hello, I own a new Nintendo 2DSXL the top screen has a little black bubble on the right corner whenever I try to turn on my Nintendo, the blue power LED indicator lights up and the device makes a crackling pop sound and shuts off. The displays do not light up. I tried looking up on YouTube on the Internet for solutions, but they all say different things. Does anybody know what could be the issue besides the broken screen on top
