Need a good CPU that is capable of running Dota 2, battlefield 3 + 4, Call of duty (no ghosts) @ 60 fps paired with a GTX 760. Also it has to be capable of streaming or recording @ 60 fps on either of the games mentioned. Will NVIDIA shadowplay do most of the work for recording?

Looking at the FX-8320, 8350, and i5-4670k. (Will most likely overclock)

I'm stumped. :/

Since you have shadowplay, you don't have to worry about frame loss ;)

My suggestion is 4670k.(or if you are patient enough,4690k)

Well Haswell doesn't have awesome temps so I would recommend buying a 3570k wich will do a good overcloco or geting a 4670k + a Z97 MOTHERBOARD so when the haswell refresh comes out you can get the 4690k and re-use the 4670k in a mini itx build for your living room to game with a Gamepad xD thats what I'm doing

My PC

[ I5 4690k (no oc) - Gigabyte Z97 D3H - 8GB Ram - Sapphire R9 280X Vapor-X ]

It's not the 5th generation it's just a refresh haswell.

Also the fx 8320 will get you 60+fps in all those games. If you're on a budget that is definitely the way to go. If not go for the intel as it's single core performance is far better.

4670k if you have the cash, there is a reason FX is the value option.
