Helping my brother build pc, would you change anything on this list?

Here is the list of parts I spent countless hours researching, (my brother wants the best of the best) I know that things on this list aren’t the best of the best but it’s good enough. But I wanted to know if you guys would change anything or is this a solid and reliable build?

Just like the best parts because he doesn’t want to upgrade for a long long time. But 4k gaming at 144hz, also heavy productivity like video editing and what have you.

If money isn't an issue, then there is nothing to change, except lower the ram by half if your brother is only gonna play games and not render videos ect.

(I have no clue if the cpu and mb go together bcz I haven't researched)

Either way, there isn't a game he won't be able to run

Yeah so 4k 144hz ain happening. Because you need a 4090 for most games there.
