MOTHER BOARD ORANGE LIGTH

Go to solution Solved by tdkid,

your board is fine. on the box where it says "high qaulity onboard audio design" it says that it has LED audio trace lighting. so that orange light is the path the audio signal takes and to where. you might be able to go into BIOS or the RGB light control for the board if you want to turn it off.

my mobo has orange light behind it and i using it fine. but i know the orange light might telling me i have a problem. is this okay or is this natural or just a design light? is my mother board have a problem?

Everything I can find on this board showing it while on, shows that’s just an idle LED around the audio circuitry. I don’t think it’s an indicator of anything.

Its a fairly common stylistic choice gigabyte has put on a lot of their motherboards.

That's design.  Error lights aren't like that at all.

There might be a setting in the bios. You could probably mask the glow with tape.
