MSI laptops that ship with FreeDOS

Has anyone bought an MSI laptop with FreeDOS recently? I want to return my laptop, and for this to happen I have to revert to the original software. Now, all I remember was that it came with a DriverCD partition and some partition called EFI and laptop used to boot into an EFI Shell or something. Now, I tried downloading a FreeDOS ISO and mount to an USB, but laptop supports UEFI mode only, thus installing FreeDOS is... impossible? How did they really put FreeDOS onto the SSD? Is there any way how to put FreeDOS?? And also how do I make the laptop to boot into EFI Shell, since now all it does is to bring up the BIOS screen when there are no boot devices available?

Sounds ridiculous, just give them blank fully wiped drive, never heard such thing required for RMA or product return

Yeah, but I'm afraid they might not accept it, because the return policy states that the laptop cannot be returned if any programs or systems that came with it were uninstalled. So I can at least try to set EFI Shell on boot. Is there anyone who is able to assist me with this?
