Not Booting to bios Ryzen 5 5600 and Aorus b550 Elite v2

Today I bought a B550 Aorus Elite V2 rev 1.2 with a Ryzen 5 5600 to upgrade my system but it's not booting to bios the system fans starts the lights on motherboard doesn't i updated the bios to latest with qflash still it was not booting to bios but when I replaced the cpu with my Ryzen 5 3600 after sometime it booted the lights on mobo started and bios display came everything was working fine but not with the 5600. What could be the reason I'm confused

 

My specs: 

Mobo: Gigabyte B550 Aorus Elite v2 (rev 1.2), old msi b450m pro vdh max was no more

Cpu: r5 5600, r5 3600

Gpu: Gigabyte 3060ti windforce oc

Ram: Corsair vengeance lpx 8x2 3200mhz

Psu: Corsair CV 650w 80 plus bronze

Hdd: 1tb Seagate barracuda 7200rpm

Ssd: 1x TB WD Sn570, 1x Kingston A2000 250gb

Clear CMOS after updating the BIOS. If the 3600 works just fine, the 5600 may be bad.

Could it be the motherboard though? That's what confusing because I have read some fourms where one cpu works and other doesn't and sometimes it's motherboard only

My CMK8GX4M1E3200C16 is not list on the memory support list and I also heard this ram had problems with zen 3 processors. Could it be causing the problem
