What's the newest Gun-shooter arcade device & game you can buy as of 2023?

I am thinking of buying some sort of home set-up to create one of those arcade style games, where you get a gun and shoot at the screen. You see them at airports and classic games include Time Crisis and House of the Dead.

 

The problem with a lot of them though, they were a bit clunky and the shots weren't always as accurate. 

 

Is there a modern solution that can cost up £2,000 in total (including TV, Gun, device and game.)
