it might not be available in your country, I can't buy san andreas at all and I'm in Canada. Also I can't see my coins or buy anything at all with coins because I don't see that option. I did get the 9 apps though

Why are some of the apps not free for me? (PicShop - Photo Editor, Perfectly Clear, FireFrame - Digital Picture Frame, and PicFrame)

My linked device is a tablet via Bluestacks. Do I need a phone? I'm in the US.

Yeh, most of the apps arent free anymore so this isn't possible anymore.
