It's not fool proof. No one can hide their identity online, unless you have access to non-civilian software/hardware.

 

Of course nothing is 100% safe, but for 99% cases it's enough to hide real identity from unwanted eyes + using other safety measures.

Yeah but they've recently revised the look of their site.

There's also MSY.com.au but you probably won't like that site because it's worse than umart.  They have an online catalog but I just use the pdf document to order.
