(im sure to be running 120mm Coolermaster RGB hybrid fans, but since i have cats i need to know if i should get noctua fans on the radiator instead) Budget (including currency): $900- $1000 Country: USA Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Games like ARK, Halo Infinite, Starfield and No Mans Sky. Programs like OBS, VSDC, and perhaps Xsplit. Posted August 12, 2023 3700x consumes about as much as a 5800x3d , around 140 watts maximum. 5800 is made at lower nm so it was more power efficient, but the extra cache consumes the power it saved by shrinking process, so you get about same power consumption. RX 580 consumes up to around 220 watts, 6700 XT consumes about the same. The power supply you have now is fine and enough, no need to upgrade.
