A good 16 GB card that isn't like $1000+?

nVIDIA IS WANTING A LEFT NUT, SO IS amd & i HEAR GAMES ARE GOING TO START WANTING 16 gb. i SAW A VID. THAT SAYS bATTLE mAGE IS WORTH WAITING FOR, PLUS nVIDIA SEEMS TO HAVE CHEAPED OUT ON YJE rtx 4XXX CARDS & THE 4090 IS THE ONLY GOOD 1, BUT STILL THAT PRICE. i HOPE iNTEL GETS THE DRIVERS RIGHT WITH bm. tHE a770 LOOKS GOOD, BUT THE DRIVERS ARE STILL THE ISSUE WITH THAT/

Every company can have a bad run, for example, the 20 series wasn't amazing. Neither was some of ATi's efforts. 

 

And answering your title, just get a 7900 xtx for a gpu under 1000 bucks. And if you mean a budget gpu with 16gb of vram then be more specific and TrY nOt To ShOuT because its annoying

 

And if its a rant then state it

16GB card that isn't $1000, you already mentioned the A770, but:

 

RTX 4060 Ti 16GB

RX 6800 / 6800 XT (or higher)

 

If you've just watched a video that says you need 16GB, sure, if you're a high-end gamer at 1440p or 4K then it's not a bad idea, but more context is needed, e.g. what games and what resolution do you want to play at?

 

The A770 is a decent value card, but will it hold on at 4K longer than a 4080? Um, no (not unless Intel pull a miracle out of their driver hat).

Kind  of odd they are still having issues with the drivers. They should have hires EVGA's old GPU team.
