Basic stuff. Haswell Refresh will have 26 models covering Celeron, Pentium, Core i3, Core i5, Core i7.

The model that is sent to their lab for testing is a Core i3 4150T Engineering Sample. 

They compared it with Intel Core i3 4130.

Conclusion:

Similar result, will not see different.

K-series CPU will be out at Q3 2014

All Haswell Refresh CPU will be compatible with 8-series chipset.

Usually the "T" model CPU has a 35w TDP.

Looks like the lighting in the pic just washes it out a bit and makes it look more blue then it really is.
