Needing ideas

Unbroken

I have been watching the Youtube channel for a while now, I've been here on the forums before just to browse and learn. I have recently cleaned out my closet and I have a mini pc running Ubuntu on just to kill time and play around with. I also have an old busted laptop that is running a fedora server that was used as a NAS. I no longer have a need for either so I'm hoping you guys can give me some ideas on what to do with these two machines that will serve a purpose. I don't want to throw them back in the closet or in the bin.

Mediacenter/pseudo consol for your tv.

I know next to nothing about Linux, but aren't there some distros that specialize in retro gaming. And there is Steam OS.

I was considering making a mITX pc with a dvd player for that purpose, but ended up selling the motherboard/CPU I had laying around due to lack of space.

No idea for the Labtop, though 😕

mITX is awesome! I regret nothing (apart from when picking parts or have to do maintainance *cough*cough*)
