you need to be the witcher and take out the enemy creating the artefacting

might have corrupted it??? reinstall the game. if its only one game then ur gpu is probbably fine

What GPU? Ive experienced this kind of render bug all the time on red engine in nvidia, this is normal.

try DDUing your drivers. Maybe you just forgot to install the driver for the Witcher 3

Roll back the drivers to the second latest one because I had some problems with the latest one on my 3060
