Yes. The i7 4790K and 4690K will be unlocked

I hope the unlocked variants release soon. I was going to get a 4670k, but if the price is right I'll probably end up getting the 4690k.

I an planning on switching to Intel soon and was going to get a 4770k but hopefully the new 4970k has better over clocking with a decent price

I've seen them already in Newegg's video about computex. They are already being made, it's just a case of waiting for the release date.

Darn, I hate it that those guys could get their hands on it before everyone else...

But the date is on neweggs website...Some of them come out on the 25th of this month, and others on the 26th. That's what i think it was, off the top of my head.
