If you want more headroom for overclocking, choose the first one. The better cooling on the H100i will help you squeeze a little more out of your 4770k, which is important for workstation use. If you don't plan on overclocking and just gaming at stock speeds (who does that?) than the second one will offer better GPU performance, which is important in gaming.

Get a cheaper motherboard (MSI G45 gaming or Gigabyte UDH3) Do you really need such an expensive board? You will be able to OC quite decently as well on these ones.

Air cooled (around 50$, much better than the 120V)

Get 2x8, don't go 4x4.

The PSU is fine, but seems to be a tad expensive.

Use the saved money on a beast GPU.

If that's the case, please link to where you're actually shopping and tell us how much you're actually spending.

Yeah, the Kingston SSD is good, at least in my experience. Same goes for the GD65, I havent encounter any problem. I've read that many issues existed in the past but with the new bios it should be fixed by now.

If 780 is really not possible  so try at least a 770. Good luck
