Which PC Case size do you prefer?

Hi guys, how's it going?

i believe a PC case is one of the most important aspect of your Rig ()

it doesnt matter whether you have an insane top tier components on the inside or the worst junk from 3 generations ago , a PC case is like the book cover everyone use to judge the overall perfomance of the PC. But that's for "common" people , since we know better on how to pick and choose our stuffs B)

Post your comment on how you pick a PC case/chasis/cabin , Whether it's its size , asthetics , air flow design , paint job , silent factor or something else.

Optional :Post a picture of your case along with its specs/dimentions on the comments down below.

I prefer a mid tower case, but if i ever get a custom loop set up i wouldn't mind using a full tower case.

Meh, really depends. First factor is location and then after I know that I then select the components and how I want them to be layed out, and then the case is based off of that.

Edit: Except you always have to have that PC that is purposely large so that when people come to your house they see your massive PC and get the idea that it's some super high tech powerful alien machine.

Mid tower

By the way, in this context, it's "whether". "Weather" is the temperature/precipitation outside.

I enjoy mid-tower cases. Even with a mATX motherboard, I still feel that ATX Mid-Tower is the way to go (unless you're on a budget, in that case the N200 is a substantial choice I personally like).

I preffer mid tower. But right now i think i made the worst mistake ever and should of gone for a smaller one, since I no longer have the big room i used to have. So i wish i could go back and yell at my past self for choosing something so big.

having said that i chose my actual case because i think it looks like a freight train in black. And trains are awesome.

I prefer Mini-ITX cases. Massive towers take up too much space and I only need 1 GPU. I like simple yet powerful machines.

Also whenever console peasants try and argue with me they can't say that "PCs are too big, they are huge boxes that take up too much space."

Sorry for being such a corsair fanboy, but

1. HTPC / living room pc: 250D

2. Main rig: 350D

The H440 is sexy but its waaayyy too big for me. Still gonna keep it tho.

A case should be only as big as its largest components are, such as the GPU, cooling method, motherboard, and even HDD amount. I like the look of mini itx cases, but sometimes a small mATX would work just as well.

I won the extreme edition, I had an i7 930 before that and would still have upgraded the GPU when Maxwell will come out.

Also I said GAMING PC, you could imagine that I personnaly run some CPU heavy applications.

Full Tower since I like the extra room and airflow but I must admit, its as stationary as it gets since my Antec 1200 is really heavy with or without the components inside. (not to mention noisy)
