I would also like to hear you're(you are) opinion. Anyway, I think with portal release soon will be great, and game stream would be great but here in the UK I can't get 5Mbs^-1 upload anywhere, I think my upload is around 2Mbs^-1.

Define serious gaming, or il randomly vote just like everyone.

Also voting options are limited. by allowing multiple choices you can already create a 3rd one, in between.

I voted yes because its closer to big games then arcade pass-times on phones.

Sure, it's just like playing on a console.

At this stage? No. 3DS and Vita make better current gen options. The PSP, GBA, DS and others make for better options, if you look for legacy content.

It would be a YES, however, if more games are made exclusively for the Shield and were developed in a fashion similar to consoles/standard handhelds.

Unless you count emus, though. :P

Your upload/download speed has nothing to do with game stream. Game stream only depends on your wifi connection. If your router can do 300mbit/s and your pc supports gigabit lan you should be fine.

Don't ask to ask, just ask... please 🤨

While I like the Shield, no, I don't take it "seriously" in any real gaming respect.

Yes, it's cool, but in my humble opinion it's more of a niche item with a very small target audience. I really don't ever see it taking off in terms of sales, or being accepted as a mainstream gaming device.

Now the concept of streaming games to other devices, I have far more faith in that, such as where Valve is going with SteamOS. Just not portable devices in the foreseeable future.

Just my thoughts on it anyway. =)
