its just gone 12:08 in the afternoon, sat at work :P

I often cannot sleep though :/ I started listening to audiobooks or ASMR to help me sleep

I usually listen to podcasts or instrumental music to fall asleep. But tonight (today) I've just been working at my computer and listening to podcasts and music. Just looked at the clock since I started to feel sleepy. 4AM. Where did all that time go? It was 10pm the last time I looked at the clock.

I find that when I'm physically tired from working I basically pass out when I hit the pillow.

Back in the old days, some people would have a nightcap (beverage), like a scotch or something just before they go to bed.

I find that when I have a couple of drinks of a liqueur or a smooth scotch I have a pretty awesome sleep.

But if you're underage or something, then I guess don't worry about that.

same thing here four heree

Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.1 Corinthians 13:4

you know what i meant :P but ye helps me

I used to do that when i had a TV at the foot of my bed. Got rid of it because there isn't anything worth watching anymore.

I just stick an ASMR video on and get the PC to shut down automatically when it's finished.

Watch any movie that Morgan Freeman narrates.

Rest in peace, legend.

AMD Ryzen 7 5800X, Gigabyte RTX 3070, 32GB RAM, 4TB Samsung SSD, and a crippling depression that causes me to buy games and not play them lol
