Posted March 27, 2023 It could also just be "stuck". That stuff happens. have you tried turning it off, disconnecting it from the wall, waiting a bit and then turning it on again? You can also use a very eraser or something soft and actually massage the screen ( very carefully ) This is a method used to make pixels unstuck too. You can google how to do that. Posted March 28, 2023 Dell/Alienware have a 0 bright pixel policy on their premium monitors (at least in US/Canada) That means if you have any pixel that is ANY color beside black, you are eligible for a free replacement (refurbished).
