Im definitely in the former, as theyre far more transferrable from a build to another and thus opening you to good non-wifi board options.
And of course i threw in a pretty significant cost compression without compromising performance nor upgradability to 5800X3D which would still be very good CPU for a while.

6750XT is just a refresh of the 6700XT with overclocks built in. You better off going with Used 6800XT or just overclocking a 6700XT instead. My opinion on RAM overclock is pretty much just "run XMP or XMP with more voltage", so i throw in a pretty standard 2x8 3200C16 kit, the old fashioned.
