In brief, about recent Intel CPUs, any non throttling temp is not a problem, and getting clocks as high as possible even with "hot" (80C+) temp is the desired behavior

Note that AMD already stated mostly the same wih 7000 chips, they go right to max temp (95C).

whats the warranty on cpu these days? if its a long time then who cares... they are oced out the box. ied be worried if it had a low warranty.

Intel says 3 years "limited warranty", don't think it was longer before

hmm seems low... i see why people talk about the 85c now.. thow if cpus alwes had 3 year warranty and they rarely die probably not much to worry about? thow would be nice to see a better warranty. i no the smaller the nm is the more problems there is. pc's for the most part are pritty good when it comes to planed opalescent. but with data being the hot new thing maybe its buy design?
