Is this Mobo going to be good enough to OC the new Haswell 4770k?

I'm going to build in a in a BitFenix Prodigy Mini-ITX Case with a 660ti, H100i, Corsair Vengeance (2x4GB) 1600MHz 9-9-9-24, Silverstone Strider 550W Gold and a ASRock H61MV-ITX.

wondering if that's a good choice for a Mobo or should i buy something better.

i was considering building at ITX and i was thinking these 2 mobs:

But i dont know much about the 4770k...

just letting you guys know the new haswell cpu will be on the socket 1150 not 1155

Haswell motherboards use Z86 chipset...

Any decent z87 boards will overclock your cpu. Remember: current boards don't support haswell . And there is something else: only a Z series chipset can oveclock an unlocked core I5 or I7 cpu. Consider waiting about one month after haswell release for prices to settle and all motherboards (including budget ones because that is what we're looking for) to be released. To be clear: buy a 4770k and any $100-150 z87 board other than thin pcbs asrock and you'l be all set.

you wont be able to get a supportable motherboard till haswell is launched, but Asus and Gigabyte has some awesome looking once coming out on launch

Haswell isn't compatible with Z77 boards. You'll need a Z87 board, and we have no idea how well they perform at the time being.
