GPU temps are high

DRAKEYYY

I need help figuring out how to cook my GPU. I have the Nvidia 3080ti, Ryzen 9 7950x, and the x670E-E gaming motherboard, and ddr5 dominator Ram, and currently have the Corsair iCUE 22OT airflow case with 6 iCUE SP140 fans. But I’ve been having issue with my gpu overheating. Can someone help me to figure out how to fix this without underclocking my gpu. I was looking into a CPU aio pump and a bigger case for more fans but i don’t know if that will work or not.

You don't need more fans, you need proper airflow.  How are the fans and CPU cooler set up?

As above, what are the temps?  Overheating from your perspective or actual throttling and/or shutdown?

@DRAKEYYY

Make sure your front three fans are pulling in, your top two and rear fans are blowing out. Sounds like your top and front fans are pulling in all the air in the world, but a single blowing out can't exhaust it fast enough. Not to mention a 7950X is going to run 80-85+ anyway.

That's fine, my 1080Ti runs at 84c constantly.

We need to know what the temps were when shutting down happened, to see if that was the issue.  It could be another component causing problems.

No idea until you tell us how hot your CPU gets.  Though I would say the fan isn't enough, but not sure how much the 7950x is actually working.

How do I check that ?

CPUz.  Ryzen master.  Or other software.

The 7950x should run near 90-95c normally, so I doubt it's that.

Are you using default motherboard settings?

The error pops up if there's nothing plugged into the cpu_fan header or if the fan plugged in is running very low rpm.

I plugged it into the cpu fan and it fixed the error but not my shut down problem

Typically only when I’m playing a game. So makes me thinking something may be over heating. I am using a ryzen 7 3700 cpu fan and I wonder if that’s just not enough for cooling the ryzen 9 7950x

Download aida64 the trail one,Stress test the cpu and the gpu one at a time.For the cpu temps you can use ryzen master to watch it.Or HWiNFO can trell you temps.Its see if its really getting hot or is it ram error or even psu problems.

I’ve tried to see my cpu temps with the HWinfo in afterburner but it doesn’t show anything but I did do a test earlier and my cpu was hitting above 96 degrees C
