But in your top pic, it's the upper left corner (bottom right of the motherboard actually).

 

For example, Audios is just above the last PCIe slot.   It will literally say AUDIO on the board under the black plastic slot.

Refer to your motherboard's manual, Chapter 1-20 under "11. System panel connector (20-3 pin panel)" Layout also has labels corresponding on the labels of the cable's ends themselves.

I don't remember the last time i saw a non-painted case, with a place for a single 90mm rear exhaust fan, that barely fits the mobo. What is this relic of old??? More pics pls. And what kind of a system are you gonna cook in there?

I just now noticed it's even older than i thought, with the PSU on the top . I also see Pentium G5420 In there. I didn't know this kind of cases still existed when this CPU was around. That's some proper collector tier case.

12 yr old case. i am planning on putting i7 8700k 16gb 4266mhz ram m.2 ssd and something like rtx 2060 or gtx 1070. i will upgrade case later :D

no this case is from my older system with g2030

Consult your board manual, they'll give you pinout for your specific headers.

This is usually the least straightforward part of building a PC admittedly.

 

Some board also list the function of each pin on the PCB itself.

Let us know if you get RAM to run at 4266MHz on a z370 board.

Yes, but getting the memory controller on the 8700K to support it is the issue.
