Gaming streaming and recording

Hi there!

The target is:

Gaming at 1440p ultra on high refresh monitor triple A titles, streaming at 1080@60 and recording the gameplay.

The config is:

13700k, rtx 4090, 64gb ddr5

Will I see any fps drops while doing all those tasks?  Is the i7 good enough for all of this or I have to jump on a 13900k?

You have NVENC at your disposal. As long as you don't try to stream at 1440p, everything should be fine.
