So I'm gonna buy a Pc with a ryzen integrated one

Currently I'm deciding to take Ryzen 5 3400g or 5600g If it is within my budget. But if not, I might go for a 3200g (Only for a lil bit of gaming mostly valo, apex, genshin so I know it will be fine any of the 3).

-But what would be the difference on 3400g and 5600g rather the cores/threads?

-i saw a few video about this 3 cpu and the Ryzen 5 has a lead on fps rather the 3200g, but also notice that the 5600g is using the old vega rather the 3400g so what is also the difference?

 

-Also what would you recommend to me any of the mentioned cpu?

the 3000 Ryzen is Zen+ and 5000 Ryzen is Zen3,

 

but as far as I'm aware unless someone wants to prove me wrong, any of those CPUs should work for your use.

 

3400g has wraith spire, a slightly better stock cooler.

 

The extra cores on 5600G would help you run BR games better so for you that would be Apex but that's about it.,

Lol, I just checked some benchmarks and the (vega 7) 5600G is sometimes 2x faster than 3400G

Another big point here is gonna be getting RAM that you know is gonna hit 3600MHz rain or shine.  A good 3600MHz kit that can maybe OC to 4000 if its not too much more expensive would be ideal, but at that point you could almost just get a used 1600 and mobo combo for less and have budget to spare for an rx 480 or the likes, which would be leagues faster.  3200MHz will work fine, but the fps is gonna almost scale perfectly to system memory speed given that there is no VRAM, and DDR4 is not the best thing to use for video memory in 2022.  Better than the DDR3 your xbone has, but still behind even early gcn gpus that had GDDR5.  Every fps is gonna count when you're playing on med/low settings.  If we were talking the difference between 130 and 160 fps, no big deal.  But going from 32 to 40 fps matters quite a bit.  @Somerandomtechyboiseems to nerd out over this stuff, they may have more specific insight.

Most of OP's games they listed are esports titles so a Vega graphics might be enough for them..

I have a laptop with a ryzen 5 2500u, valorant runs at like 20-40fps (wild variations depending on the day of the week) and that used 8 14nm vega CUs.  I know 7nm vega is better, but the 14nm vega iGPU was nowhere near as good as advertised in my experience.  Rocket league was damn near unplayable.

5 2500U is a 15W TDP CPU it's specs can say anything 15W is 15W...

 

I assure you a 5600G can handle more games on it's iGPU than one might expect. (my friend has one)

That's impressive.  I should note that I overrode the power limit (kinda tricky to do with a dell logic board) and was able to get it up to 35w on a cooling mat, but yeah I think this might be workable, especially in a desktop setting.

Oh yeah unleashed vega igpu is MASSIVELY different than the limited laptop ones.

 

Also the 7nm vs 14nm vega is actually a pretty darn big difference. Its a pretty darn good refinement of vega and basicslly shows off what vega really could do
