Gotta be a few of you buggars in here!

Im a pommie with a question...

I gotta send a Boot HDD to my girl in aotearoa, and i know how fiercely your borders are guarded!

You think it will make the trip alive?? Whats the deal with X-Raying HDDs?? Is there any advice you can offer?

Thanks in Advance.

I am not a Australian, but I approve of your avatar!

Someone told Luke and Linus at CES 2017 to "Unban the legend known as Jerakl" and that's about all I've got going for me. (It didn't work)

Yeah should make it there, NZ isn't too rough. Just make sure it's packed right.

Jerakl: Perhaps youve been stationed in the outter rim too long, Brother, Kiwis are from New Zealand, not Oz ;)

Windspeed36: Thanks, Buddy!

I've had one or two drives come in with out issue and none that had any issues so just pack it decently and you'll be fine (annoyed at the guy that mixed up NZ and Aus)

Edit : Do not attach a label "Downloaded Movies" to the drive, a friend of mine tried that as a joke, it didn't go over so wel

Thanks, mate, thats reassuring words right there. Never had any probs with parcels before, but wondered if tech gear would provoke the box-cutters!

I just got a Mouse, Ram and anti static strap a week ago and it seemed the box hadn't been opened, that being said they may open it and just check to see that it doesn't contain a crap load of movies or something other than that I can't see you running into any issues.
