A literal rat

I'm one of the monsters of the world who liked my taskbar on the right of my screen, i really hate that its not changeable on windows 11. has this been remedied through alternative software yet?

*hits the banhammer activate button, sends an FBI raid, reports to the UN for crimes against humanity, and pulls out the nuclear codes and begins typing furiously and hitting big red buttons

Insanity is not the absence of sanity, but the willingness to ignore it for a purpose. Chaos is the result of this choice. I relish in both.
