Stem Deck - League of Legends guide on SteamOS

If anyone has Steam Deck and want's to try. I've made this guide on how to make it work. Don't need Lutris and therefore no special permissions which will cancel after Deck updates, this should work persistently.

 

The wine you will need is on Github here: https://github.com/GloriousEggroll/wine-ge-custom/releases

 

The script you will need to make is here:

WINEPREFIX=/home/deck/.var/app/com.usebottles.bottles/data/bottles/bottles/LoL /home/deck/wine/lutris-ge-lol-7.14-1-x86_64/bin/wine /home/deck/.var/app/com.usebottles.bottles/data/bottles/bottles/LoL/drive_c/Riot\ Games/Riot\ Client/RiotClientServices.exe --launch-product=league_of_legends --launch-patchline=live

 

 

Otherwise everything else is just downloading and installing trough the user interface. No Konsole needed during the process.
