Watercooling for bitfenix prodigy

Hey guys 

i wanna custom water-cool my bitfenix prodigy with a 4770k and a r9 290 and i really do not know what water-blocks to use and what radiators and fittings and whatsoever.

So can you guys recommend me a full setup of watercooling that will work.

CPU i7 4770K 4.8 ghz 1.4V Motherboard MSI G-45z87 RAM 32gb 1600mhz hyperx ram GPU 3x Gtx 780ti Windforce GHZ edition Case NZXT Phantom 820 Storage 64gb SSD and a 500GB HDD PSU corsair ax1200i Display(s) 3x Acer S231HL Cooling h105 8 corsair af 120

This isn't related, but how did you get your 4770K to 4.8GHz without it melting? What voltage are you running that on?

I wish the number of case fans made a difference to a CPU with poor TIM under the IHS, but it doesn't. The OP either has a very nice chip, or he hasn't opened RealTemp GT in a while...

i used the hyper 212 evo temporarily
