Is it safe to turn off and on your PC multiple times a day?

Even at that, most spinning hard disks spin down for power saving, so they tend to do so thousands a time a day anyway. I don't think you'll be hurting for anything unless you just got some cheap Chinesium hardware that would fail anyway.
