Rog Centurion 7.1 Read and Side's not working.

It is acting like it is 2.0 headset. I can only use FRONT section and I can't get sound from other speakers.

It is a 2.0 headset. There is no such thing as 7.1 surround in a headphone, it's all virtual DSP. The 10 individual drivers ASUS lists will not benefit your sound localization ability either, more likely impede it. One large driver images better than multiple tiny drivers.

 

Also, there's a fair chance this is a normal behavior. If you've never experienced a true 7.1 surroud system, they only operate in stereo when playing stereo content (most things). Are all of the other drivers functioning in-game?
