Error 63 on ASUS Z690 Hero new computer build

I am trying to build a new computer with the following specs:

Motherboard: ASUS Z690 Hero

CPU: Intel 12900K

CPU Cooler: Noctua NH-DH 15

RAM: ADATA Lancer DDR 5 RGB 5200 Mh 32 GB (2x 16 GB stick in dual channel) CL 38

SSD: Samsung EVO 970 plus 2 TB

Graphics card: GTX 1080 (Waiting for the 4000 series to drop)

As soon as I come to the phase where I do the prebuild test, I get error 63 or 65 on the motherboard which is supposed to mean CPU DXE initialization started. The bios does not show up even, if I have the graphics card installed or in the HDMI port from the motherboard(GPU not installed in such case). It doesn't matter if I have 1 or 2 RAM stick installed and no matter the slot they are in (starting position like recommended in the user manual B1 and B2), no USB peripherals stucked(including no mouse and no keyboard) and if the graphics cards is installed or not. I rechecked the CPU and none of the connector pins are broken/bent, I loosened the CPU cooler and reinstalled it, removed the CR2032 battery, and reset the BIOS. Any help or ideas would be extremely welcome

Use flashback and update the bios on the board.

OK just did a bios update and that seemed to do the trick. Thank you for your help!
