looking for a monitor

so last november i pulled the trigger on an rtx 3080 but after i bought all the pc parts i didnt have enough money for a 4k monitor and i want to get an ultra wide 4k monitor, does anyone know of anything good between $400 and $500

Copying a thread title that might help - MSI MAG 274QRF-QD vs LG 27GP850-B

Either one is good at that price range.

There also are likes of Gigabyte M27Q and other more affordable ones. Also 240Hz Gigabyte M27Q-X seems good.

 

Edit: so it seems i don't read enough ... those I suggested were all 16:9 1440p monitors.

Ultra wide 4k seems a bit too much even for 3080, perhaps buy the 4K ultrawide with when RTX 4000 cards appear.

I'd still recommend those good 1440p 16:9 i mentioned...

Even a 3080 won't be very good with an ultrawide 4k, rather get an ultrawide 1440

 

Anyway no ultrawide 4K cost as low as $500...
