Vertical lines in Asus 278QR

Hi Sir/Maam, How to fix this problem? Have you ever encountered this type of problem in Asus 278QR? vertical line.

wouldn't hurt to try different a different cable, and a different port(if available). looks like a fault with the monitor unfortunately though.

when I hard tap the screen sometimes its gone or change its color from white to violet (vertical line).
