If you still have the boxes, you could make more money by selling it piece by piece, instead of a combo.

Especially the old intel motherboards and cpus hold their value for some reason.

Look up each part on Ebay as "sold items" to get a somewhat accurate representation of what people are willing to pay for them. For some parts like RAM and PSU, just look up something as close to it if there's no specific result. (like search for DDR4 3200 CL16...)
