bout to buy me a pair of Phoebus cards to SLI

2x quality, it might even sound better than real life.

If you want better than life quality you need 6 way sli Pheobus cards

RAM is technically "SLI", but its called Dual Channel or Quad Channel, if that is what I think you meant. You can also "SLI" SSDs, but that requires a RAID, if that is also what you are talking about. You can "SLI" Processors, but you need a Mobo that supports multiple slots.

Assuming you are being serious, only certain 3DFX and Nvidia GPUs can use SLI tech.  There are things that operate similarly with other components. CrossFirex is the same idea with AMD/ATI cards. Dual, Triple and Quad channel is the same idea with RAM. RAID serves a similar purpose with storage drives. AMD and Intel have boards that allow for multiple physical CPUs to be used in the same system, though it is a very different idea from SLI.

You can also SLI girlfriends, but you gotta be careful, once one of them finds out about it, it will stop working and give you a hard time.

No, because RAM doesn't have enough CPUs, and soundcards only have 32bit.

 

But you can SLI disks, if you have enough SSD.
