Personally I went for the C1 as its a lot cheaper and from what I have seen beats every gaming monitor for latency.

The C1 is great value atm, the C2 offers the best feature set, the S95B offers the "punchiest" picture, albeit like always with Samsung inaccurate because of undefeatable dynamic tone mapping. The S95's coating can also be a dealbreaker when used in brighter rooms or ambient light is shining on the screen. If this happens the OLED loses the OLED-blacks and looks more like an IPS.
