It expired 2 years ago. It was only for Java players who bought MC before 2018.

Is there a date until which you will have to have bought either version or is it going to be a BOGO (Buy one, get one free)?

I dont really like bedrock, but i have a friend that plays minecraft on Nintendo Switch and it is bedrock only. We would like to play multiplayer.

its a dam good game so another $20 imo is w/e you get hundreds of thousands of hours of play... i think i payed like $17 back in the day...

Both, according to the text. It will be BOGO for any new customers, and if you owe one already, you'll get the other one in 2022.

so only available to windows users huh......

 

not much cop to me

 

i mean that would actually mean having a current windows operating system that worked and installed properly....

 

its a bit of a pity because the less java based junk i have to use would be great.

current main system: as of 1st Jan 2023

motherboard : Gigabyte B450M DS3H V2

CPU: Ryzen 5 3600

ram : 16Gig Corsair Vengeance 3600mhz

OS :multi-boot

Video Card : RX 550 4 GIG

Monitor: BENQ 21 inch
